Throughout her career, Stacey has served as a classroom teacher, special education leader, behavior specialist, SEL director, and district-level consultant. These experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of the pressures educators and leaders face every day, including burnout, implementation fatigue, staff overwhelm, behavioral challenges, and disconnected systems.

​Today, Stacey partners with school districts, intermediate units, nonprofits, and educational organizations to identify the root causes behind stalled progress and organizational strain. Her approach focuses on creating aligned systems that strengthen leadership, support educators, improve communication, and build environments where both students and staff can thrive.

​Stacey is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges. Rather than leading with programs or trends, she listens closely to the people closest to the work, diagnoses where systems are breaking down, and helps organizations build practical solutions that are sustainable over time.

In addition, Stacey is the founder of Posh Luxe, a successful event planning and design company that has served clients for more than 10 years. Through Posh Luxe, she combines creativity, organization, and attention to detail to create elegant experiences that celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
